Web Project Manager (Freelance)
Our growing staff needs a person who can lead the development of web projects. If you are a person with utmost leading skills, the experience of controlling complex projects, regulate the development of new projects, you are a person we are looking for! Below, you will find things that we want from a Web Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Setting the deadlines for projects
- Monitoring and assessing the efficiency and performance of every single employee
- Improving the quality of work
- Estimating the deadline and budget for a web project
- Work to find and solve any issues with the function of a web project
- Assigning and helping employees with their tasks
- Write reports on the periodic project status
Applicant’s CV should have the following elements:
- 2 years of experience in a leading position
- Knowledge of the development of a web project
- Proper communication and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding the report and documentation creation
- Critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Editor (Freelance)
We also want to find an editor with decent English and proofreading skills. An applicant should have at least 1 year of experience. Experience of content writing is appreciated. Experience of working in the online dating industry is not required.
The editor will be responsible for the following duties:
- Read and correct all spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors.
- Write brief and detailed reports on corrections directly to writers
- Improve the readability of the content
- Set and meet the deadlines
- If needed, rewrite the content from the scratch
- Add to the content missing information such as additional text, images, and other data
- Verify the credibility and reliability of information in the content
- Assign tasks to the writers
- Assess writers’ tasks
Requirements for an editor:
- Experience with proofreading and editing tasks
- Excellent skills of editing, proofreading, and assessing written material
- Ability to write brief and constructive reports
- Ability to multitask and set priorities
Writer (Freelance)
We are also looking for a person who can manage creative writing tasks. The applicant must have at least 2 years of experience in academic or creative writing. Experience of working in the online dating industry is not required.
The responsibilities of a writer are:
- Producing high-quality and unique content on the given topics
- Search, analyze, and use information connected with the mail-order brides theme
- Structuring the content according to the task’s requirements
- Assessing feedback given by the editor and improving writing skills based on the feedback
- Work with other writers on common projects and tasks
Requirements of a writer:
- Excellent level of written English
- Perfect skills of creative writing
- At least 2 years of academic, technical, or creative writing experience
- Basic knowledge of the HTML layout
- Ability to produce high-quality work within the given deadline
- Proper communication skills needed to work with other authors and editors
- Attention to details and dedication to make high-quality content
